She clearly explained it to me and introduced me to my technician, Raleigh. Raleigh was really nice, professional, explained what the steps were and was sympathetic to my situation. He was thorough and followed up on issues. I was unable to stay at my house while work was being done, and Mister Sparky booked a room for me for two nights. I was surprised, as I did not expect it to be, but it was a godsend and one less thing to stress over. They came out the same day and explained what the problem was. I came back the following day and had the work done, which included upgrading my electrical system. All of the technicians who came were very knowledgeable and courteous but Raleigh was outstanding—he made us feel comfortable and trusting. "Both Sean and Kayla were fantastic. Very young licensed electricians who knew their stuff. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and totally professional. A little bit of sticker shock at $615 to run power to the ceiling of my daughter's bedroom so I could install a ceiling fan. Maybe that's the going rate, who knows. Seemed a little pricey to me, but maybe I'm behind the times. Completely satisfied with the work Kayla did. I would trust either Kayla or Sean to do any electrical work I may need in the future, and I highly recommend them."
"I do remember my technician, but her name was not listed. Kayla was extremely pleasant. She was polite, respectful, and she knew what she was talking about. I felt comfortable with the information she was providing, and she was very knowledgeable. I was extremely tickled and happy that she put booties on her boots. It was really nasty outside, and she made sure not to track any dirt from outside into the house. Kayla explained everything thoroughly and addressed any questions I had to prevent confusion.
